2 cans of Apricot Preserves (10 or 12 oz each)1 packet of dried onion soup mix4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breastsRiceMix together soup mix and preserves in crock pot.
Add chicken breasts.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
Serve with rice. Enjoy!
